Boy, it never gets old reporting about personal weight loss! My handy dandy scale is my friend again -- I have lost 1.8 pounds since my last weigh-in and a total of 14.2 pounds since I began my Diet-to-Go Balance meal plan!
It's such an exciting yet simple concept. Diet-to-Go sends me my food. I heat and eat the delicious meals. And I lose weight while enjoying awesome food!
This ain't dieting. This is living it up!!!
So how is your weight loss resolution faring? If you've hit a plateau or you're stumbling a bit, take a few steps to right yourself. The Diet-to-Go program is a great way to get on track.
You can choose between low-fat, low-carb or vegetarian meals. Each meal plan has FIVE weeks of menus so you nebver get bored with the food.
And this is REAL FOOD. I had a hefty chunk of baked salmon for dinner last night. My filling meal also included a twice-baked potato, carrots and an apple crisp. Oh, and let's not forget the crunchy ciabatta roll that I toasted while my meal was in the microwave!
I don't know about you, but my life has gotten so busy these days. Between work, family and community service, I seem to never have much down time. With Diet-to-Go, I don't have to worry about shopping for food or spending time planning my meals or cooking.
My food arrives via FedEx every Tuesday like clockwork. I sort it out -- three days in the kitchen fridger; the other seven go in the garage freezer. Then I begin enjoying fine dining that feels like I have a personal chef!
Okay enough gushing about Diet-to-To.
The bottom line: I am down 14.2 pounds and I have NEVER felt deprived while following my meal plan.
