Before - @207 Pounds After - @154 Pounds (Down 53 Lbs.*)
Starting a business is no small feat.
That’s especially true when you’re doing it at the same time you’re trying to get healthy and lose some weight.
Just ask Greg Berlin, who in early 2015 launched Mothership Strategies, a political consulting business, and then grew that business from three to 22 employees.
And he did it while dropping 53 pounds* and learning how to eat (and stay healthy) — all in less than a year.
“I always worked out, I just never ate right,” Berlin said. “I had trouble with portion control. I ate a lot of whatever I ate.”
Berlin said that by the end of the 2014 election year, he had ballooned to 207 pounds.
“I thought, alright, it’s time to shed some pounds and get healthy,” he said.
Berlin, 29, decided to try Diet-to-Go as a way to get on-track with his eating habits.
“I worked out a lot, but the food was a problem,” he said. “I was always a big believer in what you put into your body is 90 percent of it.”
Diet-to-Go worked well for him as a convenient way to learn about portion control and healthy ingredients.
“The food was solid. It was good. And I knew I needed it,” he said. “The portion sizing was a big deal for me because if I go to make a meal by myself...to grab something that’s kind of healthy, now I know it’s unhealthy.”
He also said he’s seen huge results when it comes to his health. Before, Berlin got random chest pain that has since completely subsided.
He also won in other areas. Before using Diet-to-Go, his body fat percentage was at 33 percent and is now at 15 percent. He went down six pants sizes and his blood pressure dropped 20 points*.
“Diet-to-Go was a great program. I’m really glad I did it,” he said. “I have a lot of friends who tried doing it on their own, but the learning curve is just so much harder that way. This gave me that huge boost to figure it out.”
