Our meals are made fresh in our state-of-the art commercial kitchens. Those delivered to areas closest to our facilities are delivered twice a week, fresh, in insulated boxes with cold packs. Those shipped further are flash-frozen to preserve freshness, packed on dry ice and shipped in special coolers once weekly.
The amount of dry ice used in each package is determined by the climate where you live and the time of year. Some customers receive their meals thawed. Ice is simply meant to preserve the freshness of your meals during their journey. They need not be fully frozen on arrival.
