Our Keto-Carb30 plan includes meat (beef, poultry, pork), seafood, eggs, and cheese and provides an average of 30 net carbs per day. A big difference in the Diet-to-Go Keto-Carb30 plan versus other low-carb and keto plans is the increased amount of vegetables – a primary source of essential nutrients – that we include in our meals.
It is important to remember that long-term weight loss usually results from changes you can live with for a long time, not a temporary diet. Please read the nutritional information before deciding if Keto-Carb30 is the right plan for you, as it is a major lifestyle change for many. Also note that in order to lose weight on any low-carb or keto diet, you need to eliminate extra carbs and sugars from your diet including sodas, juices, breads, fruits, pasta, baked goods, etc.
