One of the best things about Diet-to-Go is the meal variety our plans offer. We have four unique menus — Balance, Balance-Diabetes, Vegetarian, and Keto-Carb30 — each on a different 5-week rotation. This offers plenty of variety and a lot of choices.
Plus, if you don’t like something, you can always swap it out via the online customer portal myDiettogo. Simply log in and follow the prompts to customize your meal plan. All changes are saved, so once you make them, you won’t have to do it again.
While our menus each offer wonderful variety, our Balance Menu offers the most! If you don’t have any dietary restrictions, we always suggest that you start with the Balance Plan to experience them all.
